Bott & Associates

Founded in 1991, Bott & Associates provides both Bookkeeping for individuals and small businesses across the Bay Area and the globe.

Nancy Bott founded the company following a nine year stint with a start-up venture. Taking lessons from her experience in the fast paced entrepreneurial setting of a start-up and from her experience with all aspects of financial management, Nancy has built a business dedicated to excellent customer service providing business expertise to a variety of other entrepreneurs. Over the years, Bott & Associates has added staff, and has grown to a 13 member team.

The company offices are in San Mateo, CA but that does not stop Bott & Associates from servicing clients all over the Bay Area and beyond. Bott & Associates offers remote support to national and international clients in the California Central Valley and those with main offices as far as New Zealand, Belgium and South Africa. In this day of “Cloud Computing” and remote access, geography need not be a factor in getting bookkeeping or medical billing support.

After spending 9 years working for a “soon-to-be public” corporation and several years before that in a family-owned business, Nancy decided the time was right to set up her own business.

Nancy prides herself on the personal service that Bott & Associates provides all of their customers, no matter the size of the account. Their staff is dedicated to friendly, timely and accurate services. Nancy has extensive experience in all aspects of financials, projections and cash management. She is a member of the Peninsula Bookkeeper’s Association and a Certified Quickbooks Advisor.

We pride ourselves on providing customized service to all of our clients, and I am most proud to have grown our business primarily through word of mouth.
